Oftentimes the PV volunteer experience is a profound one for volunteers. A big part of the experience is reflection and the following are reflections written by PVs. Some talk directly about their volunteer experience, while others talk about the impact their service has had on their lives. You will notice some are from first time volunteers while others are from volunteers that have been involved with the program for quite some time. We are fortunate to have over 80% of our volunteers return for at least a second year, but some have been coming for over 20 years.
