Only a life lived in the service to others is worth living.

Albert Einstein

Last night we reflected on the Robert Frost poem “The Road Not Taken.” We talked about how coming to West Virginia, taking the road less traveled, has made all the difference.

Today was spent finishing up little jobs, an hour here and hour there. We also put quite a bit of a dent in moving the program’s stuff to the house. With all the hard work today, we won’t be cramming the day full tomorrow. Thanks to all the volunteers for all your hard work today!!!

Tonight for dinner we are having an Italian dinner and a West Virginia delicacy of fried green tomatoes, with tomatoes fresh out of the garden. What a great way to end the summer!
